Pat Fraser approached Modemedia back in 2001 from a recommendation of another client. This already existing real estate office had a Logo that was old and needed to be redeveloped and branded. Today, the Logo is still effective in its colouring, font and simplicity.
The logo was extended to various mediums including company brochures that were consistent with the new brand and its purpose.
The retail perspective of this office was the knockout of the whole project that took the branding and identity to another level. The website again was entwined with all the branding and the signature images that were chosen to best represent this successful real estate office
