The Situation
Wincrest was lacking identity in the home building marketplace and the perception of the company was not.
The inconsistency in the marketing and advertising was obvious and needed attention. The brand was lacking a define message in who they were and what they were about. They required more professional exposure to complete with the up and coming modern companies they were competing with.
They needed to better their chance at being able to provide homes for the customers in the marketplace.
The Solution
Modemedia performed a brand redevelopment and implemented brand strategies to initalise the logo more effectively in various mediums. The redevelopment included the corporate stationery, product brochures, visual signage at the display centers and a brand new website with an online marketing campaign that proved to be successful and had great results.
Today the perception of Wincrest is fantastic and may more customers are enjoying the new look as it has reflected in increase sales and results.
